LazareX is an engineering studio. We design and build software, AI and business systems, and we teach robotics and STEM in schools, all with one purpose: solving real problems in Africa and beyond.

Many of the organisations we meet don’t need more technology, they need the right technology: a platform people can actually use, a process that stops wasting their team’s time, a classroom where learners get to build something with their hands. We start with the problem, agree what success looks like, and build the simplest thing that solves it well.

We work in short cycles, show progress early and stay on after launch, because real use always teaches you something new. And because the next generation of builders is in today’s classrooms, we put as much care into robotics and STEM education as we do into software.

Our goal is simple: to be the technology partner organisations trust to turn good ideas into things that work, from the first call to long-term partnership.
